Board Member PJ Simon Presented MWM Award
DFSME Board Member PJ Simon was recognized with the 2018 Stand Up for STEM Award by Million Women Mentors – Delaware (MWM-DE). Lieutenant Governor Bethany Hall-Long, Honorary Chair of MWM-DE, presented the award to PJ on May 2, 2018 at the STEM Symposium and Teacher Awards. PJ is dedicated to inspiring teachers, young people in the community, and especially young women to explore the excitement of science and to follow careers in STEM.
