STEM Equity & Math Equity Conferences – October 9 & 10, 2020

Please join the members of the Delaware Foundation for Science and Mathematics Education, Delaware STEM Council, FAME, and Delaware Mathematics Coalition communities as we co-host two powerful days of professional learning dedicated to equity in Mathematics and STEM.


Speakers

Keynote speakers for the October 9th STEM Equity Conference include Cape Henlopen mathematics teacher Dontez Collins, (former Sussex Votech Teacher of the Year) and Delaware Department of Education leader Jinni Forcucci (2018 Delaware Teacher of the Year).

Other session leaders for October 9th include : Mandy Jansen (UD), Monique Martin (DDOE), Luke Rhine (DDOE), Lakia Belcher (FAME), Robin Corrozi (Cape Henlopen), business leaders, & Delaware K-12 students.

Keynote speakers for the October 10th Math Equity Conference include University of Delaware mathematics education professor Amanda Jansen and Imani Goffney, a professor of mathematics education at University of Maryland.

Agenda
